Quality Assurance Tester/Customer Enablement Team

Job Description

The Customer Enablement Team works directly with the Customer Success Team to ensure the high-quality delivery of the cloud-based application. This person is responsible for creating workflows, configuring, optimizing, and testing the application to help deliver innovative solutions to customers. Moreover, this person will also be responsible for validating ongoing capabilities added to the application. 

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze Implementation documents to fully comprehend the client’s project requirements
  • Create, update, and configure workflows, page flows, brands, templates, users, roles, and dashboard reports for the clients
  • Take ownership of the projects, meet deadlines, and assist with every stage of the project from the inception to the go-live phase
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to help evaluate clients’ needs
  • Provide technical support to customers before and after the go-live phase and answer any product related questions
  • Attend daily and weekly meetings to provide updates on Gitlab issues on configuration and testing
  • Communicate with on-site and offshore team members to discuss and resolve any configuration and testing issues
  • Established and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional team members
  • Provide daily status in daily scrum
  • Test and report defects found in the web-based application
  • Communicate directly with the management and development team to address any low and high priority bugs or any other issues in the application
  • Track and log bugs in Gitlab and work closely with the development team to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Provide ongoing validation of new capabilities added using the Agile development methodology
  • Regression testing to ensure previous capabilities are not impacted by new features/functionality 
  • Identify, configure and re-test production issues for live customers

  • Experience with project management tools such as Gitlab to log and track defects, track, and update client projects, and communicate with on-site and offshore team members
