What You Will Do

  • Analyze functional needs and design a solution that meets these strategic business requirements
  • Design, Develop and Maintain the PatientBond AppExchange Application
  • Integrate Salesforce.com with other REST and SOAP based APIs.
  • Develop unit tests that meet the minimum coverage requirements of Salesforce.com
  • Migrate data into and out of the Salesforce.com platform

Experience

Job Description

We urgently need someone to help us streamline our cloud operations. We serve a highly regulated healthcare market - we need highly secure, scalable, reliable, and available cloud infrastructure to meet compliance and other regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze enterprise business strategies to determine business, process, information, technology and solutions capabilities required to achieve such strategies
  • Own cloud hosting and automating our infrastructure as well as improving of our deployment pipelines and services
  • Own cloud infrastructure, capacity planning, auto-provisioning and security
  • Work directly with stakeholders across the organization by leading and being accountable for the design and delivery of advanced cloud and DevOps solutions
  • Define, update and document technical Procedures related to software development best practices
  • Work closely with engineering and product leadership to set goals and landmarks to achieve goals

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of software engineering and DevOps experience
  • Strong experience with AWS Cloud technology- AWS

Group 41 Client Success Manager

Job Description

Support PatientBond customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of PatientBond products. As a PatientBond Client Success Manager, you’ll be focused on retention, expansion, and constantly building rapport with current PatientBond customers.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience needed in Clinical and Healthcare IT or worked with hospitals.

  • Be able to effectively communicate through the follow platforms Email, Excel, Word, various tracking software applications including but not limited to GitLab, Mattermost, Airtable, and client success software (some of these you will be trained in).
  • It is expected that you will perform QBR’s and Case studies every quarter for each of your clients.
  • Be a team player to the sales and implementation team in order to effectively help progress and grow the PatientBond family.

What You Will Experience

  • You will be provided the necessary equipment to properly collaborate with PatientBond teams.
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings with the team and your supervisor in order to keep goals and vision in your sights consistently.
  • Once you acquire the list of your clients and are introduced to them, you will be their main point of contact and facilitate the process of problems being solved between you and the implementation team, new contracts being negotiated with you and the sales team etc.

Job Description

PatientBond is looking for a professional, innovative, and detailed individual to support our Executive Team.

The Executive Assistant is responsible to support the Executive Team and general office management functions. This role demands strong time management, accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliable judgment in a variety of situations. You will act as an extension of the Executive Team and must be thoughtful in how you anticipate needs and build internal and external relationships.

Group 41 Sales Executive – Urgent Care

Job Description

Sales Executives are responsible for sourcing new clients and closing sales opportunities for assigned accounts within the PatientBond client base. SE will act as a strategic resource for the new or existing client and sell PatientBond’s applicable products and services specific to the Urgent Care vertical.

What You Will Do

  • Deals to manage: Net new Urgent Care centers and any sales to existing clients, including PatientBond’s solution portfolio (software, managed services, training, engineering, development, & professional services)
  • Meet or exceed assigned Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) quota targets
  • Develop, maintain, and execute on necessary prospecting activities and building relationships with clients to generate necessary pipeline volume
  • Develop and execute a “White Space” assessment and Client Management Plan
  • Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a confident hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and a variety of special projects
  • Accurately forecast revenue opportunities per client including MRR and ARR
  • Document all sales activities in PatientBond’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • All other tasks assigned

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated history of 2+ years of sales success within an existing healthcare client base environment with Urgent Care or Physician Group experience preferred
  • Superior relationship building skills and the ability to justify and close net new clients and existing opportunities within PatientBond Urgent Care client base
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients in person and virtually
  • Exemplary research, discovery and qualification skills
  • Excellent “value-based” presentation skills including Software demonstrations
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned quotas and deadlines
