Job Description

Support PatientBond customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of PatientBond products. As a PatientBond Client Success Manager, you’ll be focused on retention, expansion, and constantly building rapport with current PatientBond customers.

Job Description

The Customer Enablement Team works directly with the Customer Success Team to ensure the high-quality delivery of the cloud-based application. This is an entry-level position. Job Description

PatientBond is seeking a Finance Administrator to join our growing business. This is an entry level position reporting to the VP of Finance. Candidate will be responsible for accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, billing, payment processing and reporting. The candidate will be a strong self-starter that works well with minimal direction, learns new concepts quickly and is detail-oriented and methodical.

What You Will Do:

  • Create and deliver monthly invoices to customers, reconcile billing files, collect, and deposit customer payments, respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoicing, and prepare various A/R collections and revenue reports.

  • Manage accounts payable including vendor invoices and employee expense reports. Ensure proper approval has been obtained and process payments accordingly.

  • Generate and update spreadsheets on revenue, sales and commissions and the corresponding impact to commission payouts.

  • Participate in payroll processing by collecting employee hours and commission and bonus payout data.
