Customer Success Manager

DESCRIPTION

PatientBond’s cloud-based platform automates emails, text messages and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). PatientBond customizes communications to patients’ motivations and channel preferences using a proprietary psychographic segmentation model developed by P&G consumer experts. PatientBond enables customers to overcome numerous patient engagement challenges by activating desired behavior change.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for owning the performance and success for a segment of PatientBond’s customers and will ensure customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and expand customer usage. The main focus will be to retain and increase the revenue from the customer portfolio year over year. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make customer dreams come true. Help customers design and implement the PatientBond software to drive patient engagement and continued success so that customers cannot live without their PatientBond deployment.
  • Drive results. Monitor your customers’ implementation, troubleshoot client challenges and design creative solutions to their changing obstacles.
  • Drive success. Always look for new ways to work smarter, increase your effectiveness and delight our clients.
  • Know your customer. Spend time on the phone and in person with your customers, complete quarterly business reviews, and know their business inside out.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer success, account management or sales function.
  • Impressive examples of influencing clients to make better decisions.
  • Experience working in professional services, managed services and/or a software company.

You will also need to be the type of person who:

  • Is highly organized. You are managing a lot of moving parts. You will always know the status of your accounts. You will work in a way that makes transparency easy.
  • Quickly understands a client's business and sees the big picture.
  • Is flexible and adaptable, likes a good challenge and is always seeking to do things better.

Inside Sales Representative

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

A PatientBond Inside Sales Representative’s job entails selling or introducing new corporate services to established and net new clients. The primary duty involves creating, tracking and following up on the leads the organization generates based on direct marketing efforts. A PatientBond Inside Sales Representative will also handle sales related projects, trade show execution and overall coordination between customer service department and outside sales department. This role will report to the Executive Vice President of Sales.  

  • Assist in developing and accomplishing PatientBond’s national lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual targets:
    • Cold calls – 250 per week
    • Prospect Qualification
    • Prospect Contact Creation – 100 per week
    • Confirm Introduction Meetings – 1 per week
    • Organize PatientBond Presentations - 2 per month
  • Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes
  • Qualifying potential opportunities and setting initial introductory meetings for sales professionals
  • Identifying decision makers amongst the targeted verticals in order to start sales process
  • Cooperating with the Vice President of Sales to determine essential strategic approaches for sales
  • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization
  • Supporting our business partner communication channels
  • Managing our Hubspot email campaign tool aligned with PatientBond brand guidelines
  • Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets, sales forecasts and reporting on market conditions
  • Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing pricing options, sharing customer success stories and confirming introductory meetings for sales leadership
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in Hubspot
  • Coordinating industry conferences to generate new business opportunities, develop industry expertise and build the PatientBond network (pre and post follow-up activities)
  • Trade show preparation and follow-up
  • 15% travel expectations

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills
  • Should be proficient in CRM software solutions
  • Prominent organization and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly energetic and self-starter
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
  • Should be honest, assertive and systematic
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • 1- 2 years of inside sales experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. 
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
