PatientBond Attends the 2021 HealthTrust University Conference

The 2021 HealthTrust University Conference was held July 26-28 in Nashville, TN. PatientBond was among many suppliers in the exhibit hall but was the only company focused on patient engagement. The conference was a great opportunity to meet face-to-face with HealthTrust provider members and to interact with innovative companies in a live forum after more than a year of virtual meetings.

  • Chronic Care/Condition Management -- Digital patient engagement over a course of many months. All cardiac programs (e.g., CHF, Afib, CAD, Stroke, etc.) are in cooperation with the American Heart Association.
  • Readmission Reduction/Discharge Programs -- 12 waves of digital communications, personalized by the patient's psychographic segment, to reduce hospital readmissions. All cardiac programs are reviewed and approved by the American Heart Association.
